Team access for moderators and editors
Give moderators and editors the InstiBot permissions they need without sharing your account, and review actions in the audit log.
Invite a team member
- Open Team as the owner and choose the intended InstiBot user.
- Start with a suitable permission preset, then review each permission.
- Ask the member to accept the invitation and select your channel from their staff view.
- Test the intended actions from that member’s account.
Grant only the access needed
An editor who adjusts alerts does not necessarily need loyalty-point management or moderation access. Owner-only actions such as billing and payment-account changes stay restricted.
Review the audit log when investigating a configuration change. Remove access when a team member no longer helps manage the channel.
Availability and account requirements
Team size and feature access depend on the current plan. Invitations may require the account identity supported by the dashboard; use the exact account shown rather than guessing from a display name.
