Chat giveaways and tournaments for your stream

Run giveaways from chat with a keyword, subscriber tickets, points to enter and an on-stream overlay, and host bracket tournaments with your community.

Start a giveaway

  1. Open Interaction → Giveaways and fill in the prize.
  2. Choose the keyword viewers type to enter (!enter by default), how long entries stay open, how many winners and who can enter.
  3. Optionally give subscribers extra tickets, charge points to enter, or set a claim time.
  4. Start it. The bot announces the giveaway on every connected platform and the overlay shows the entries live.

How entering works

A viewer enters by typing the keyword in chat, alone or followed by anything. Each platform account can enter once. The bot doesn’t reply to each entry, which keeps chat clean; the entry count updates on the dashboard and the overlay.

When entry costs points, they are taken when the viewer enters and refunded to everyone only if you cancel the giveaway. Subscribers can get up to 10 tickets, which gives them more chances in the weighted draw.

Drawing winners

Close entries and draw, or let the giveaway draw automatically when time is up. Winners are announced in chat and on the overlay. With a claim time set, a winner must send any chat message within it; if they don’t, they are marked as not claimed and you can draw again. Winners already drawn can’t win twice in the same giveaway.

Moderators can run it all from chat with !giveaway start, close, draw, reroll and cancel. Giveaways have no plan limit.

Tournaments

Interaction → Tournaments builds a bracket for events you host with your community. Pick single or double elimination, round robin or groups with playoffs, 3 to 64 players and best-of-1 to best-of-7 matches. Viewers sign up by typing !tournament, and the bracket starts on its own when it is full.

You report each result by clicking the winner, or let the bot flip a coin with Next match or Autoplay. The bracket overlay shows every stage with five themes, and the champion can receive points as a prize.

Questions

Can viewers on TikTok enter?
