Kick and Twitch channel-points reward actions

Configure a reward

1. Open Points → Channel points and choose Kick or Twitch.
2. Select a reward or create one through InstiBot.
3. Configure the supported actions and whether viewer input is needed.
4. Test a redemption with enough native platform points.

Permissions and ownership

Twitch reward management may require reconnecting an older account link. Rewards created by InstiBot can be managed through the integration; platform restrictions apply to editing rewards created elsewhere.

Automatic acceptance is available for supported InstiBot-created rewards. Review action failures and refund behavior before using actions that depend on permissions.

Native points versus loyalty points

These rewards spend the streaming platform’s points, not the balance in the InstiBot loyalty shop. YouTube and TikTok do not expose equivalent channel-points rewards in this integration.
