Slots chat game with custom symbols and a jackpot
A three-reel slot machine your viewers play from chat with loyalty points. Pick your own symbols, weights and payouts, or use Kick emotes as reel symbols.
How a spin works
Slots is an instant game: a viewer types the command with a bet, the stake is taken, and three reels stop one after another on your overlay. Each reel picks a symbol on its own, weighted by the symbol’s weight.
Three matching symbols pay that symbol’s “3 in a row” multiplier. Any two matching reels pay the smaller “two matching symbols” multiplier, 1.2x by default. Anything else loses the bet. A symbol marked as the jackpot turns the result into a JACKPOT with confetti; it pays its own three-in-a-row multiplier.

Symbols and payouts
The default machine has six symbols: clover, lemon, bell, heart, star and a gem jackpot. Rarer symbols pay more, from 5x for three clovers up to 50x for three gems. With the default weights the machine returns about 99% of all bets on average.
You can use 3 to 12 symbols. A symbol can be one of the built-in icons, any short text, or a Kick emote from your channel. The settings page shows the chance of each three-in-a-row and the overall return while you edit.
Points are your channel’s own virtual currency. They have no cash value and cannot be bought or paid out.

Set up Slots
- Turn on the points system on the Points page, or switch on “Play without points” on the Mini-games page if you want rounds without stakes.
- Open Mini-games in the dashboard sidebar and switch Slots on.
- Press Configure to change the rules, timing, look and every chat message the bot sends for this game.
- Use the Test button next to the overlay preview to play a practice round on your overlay. Test rounds never move points and never post in chat.
Show it on stream
Slots is already part of your all-in-one overlay, so if that browser source is in your scene there is nothing else to add. The game stays invisible until a round starts and fades out when it ends.
If you want to place the game on its own, copy the overlay URL from the game’s settings page and add it in OBS as a Browser source at the size shown next to the URL. Keep that URL private: it belongs to your channel.
The overlay only shows the result; the outcome is decided on the server with a cryptographic random number before the animation starts. If no overlay is open, the result is posted in chat straight away.
Questions
Is slots on the free plan?
Needs InstiBot Premium. On the free plan the game is shown with a lock and its command stays silent.
Can two viewers spin at the same time?
Yes. Spins are instant and each viewer gets their own result. If you turn on “One game on screen at a time”, extra spins wait in a short line and play one after another.
Can I make the jackpot rarer?
Lower the jackpot symbol’s weight, or raise the weights of the common symbols. The return figure updates as you type.
