Discord go-live notifications
Send an InstiBot go-live announcement to your Discord community with links to supported live streaming destinations.
Connect Discord
- Open Integrations → Discord and connect the intended server.
- Choose the announcement channel and review the message settings.
- Make sure the Discord bot can view the channel and send the required message content.
- Use the available test controls, then verify an announcement when your channel goes live.
Announce a multistream
InstiBot treats connected live platforms as one stream for go-live notifications. An announcement can include links to multiple destinations that are live. Check each platform connection if a destination is missing.
If an announcement is missing
Confirm the selected Discord channel still exists and the bot role has permission to post. Check whether the streaming platform is connected and reports the channel as live. Changing bot permissions in Discord can affect a previously working setup.
