Import chatbot commands and settings
Move supported commands and settings into InstiBot, review the import preview, and test responses before enabling them for viewers.
Prepare an import
Open Chat Bot → Extras → Import from other bots and choose an available source or the paste/file option. Only import data you own or are authorized to use. Keep a copy of your existing configuration before making changes.
Review before applying
- Load the supported export or public configuration using the importer.
- Review the proposed items, conflicts and unsupported fields.
- Select the items you actually want and apply the import.
- Test command responses, variables, access rules and timers in InstiBot.
Expect differences between tools
Different tools use different variables, permissions and event behavior. An imported response can need editing even when its text was copied successfully. Treat the preview and test run as part of migration, not an optional last step.
