Stream goals, event labels and viewer counters

Create a goal overlay

1. Open Widgets → Goal and choose a supported goal type.
2. Set the target and appearance, then save.
3. Add that goal’s widget URL to an OBS Browser source.
4. Verify that the event type and currency match the contributions you intend to count.

Show events and viewer counts

Event labels present stream activity without a full alert animation. The viewer counter provides a separate display for viewer-count information. Configure each widget in its own editor and place it where it remains readable during gameplay.

Understand the totals

Not every event is available on every platform. Paid-event labels and totals can also depend on currency settings. Compare the saved widget configuration with the platform-support guide when a total differs from what you expected.
