Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 4, 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use InstiBot independently and with dignity. This statement explains what we have done to make the website and dashboard accessible, what we know is still limited, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.
01Our commitment
InstiBot is operated by Instinckt, a business registered in Israel. We work to make the website and the dashboard meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features as we build them and fix issues as they are reported.
02What we have done
Pages are built with semantic headings, landmarks and lists to support screen readers.
Buttons, links and form fields are built to be used with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator. A "Skip to main content" link is the first item on every page.
Icons that carry meaning, buttons and form fields are given text labels for assistive technology.
The site is available in 12 languages, with right-to-left layout in Hebrew and Arabic.
If your device asks for reduced motion, we turn off animations automatically.
We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit (keyboard-only use, screen readers, colour contrast and 200% zoom) across every screen, so some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the standard. We are working on it and will update this statement when the audit is done.
03The accessibility menu
The accessibility button on the edge of every page opens a menu where you can enlarge the text, switch to high contrast, highlight links, use a simpler and more readable font, and stop animations.
Your choices are saved in your browser and apply to every page until you reset them. The menu can be opened and used with the keyboard and closed with the Escape key.
If the button gets in your way, you can hide it from the menu. It stays hidden only on your device, and it always appears on this page, so you can bring it back here at any time.
04Known limitations
We have not yet adapted the OBS overlays and players (the /overlay and /player addresses), which are shown inside live streams. If you need an accessible alternative to any of them, contact us.
Some visual editors, such as the overlay layout editor and the alert designer, rely on drag and drop. If you cannot use them, contact us and we will help you set things up.
Content that comes from third parties, such as Kick embeds, YouTube videos, and text, images and sounds that streamers upload, is not created by us and may not be fully accessible. If such content blocks you from using InstiBot, tell us and we will look for a solution.
If you find a page or feature that is not accessible, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as bugs.
05Contact the accessibility coordinator
If you run into an accessibility problem or need help, contact our accessibility coordinator at bot@instinckt.co.il.
To help us fix it quickly, please include the address of the page, a short description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
06Physical accessibility
InstiBot is an online service only. We do not operate offices or service points that are open to the public, so there are no physical accessibility arrangements to report.
